Guests step onto the platform while our rotating camera captures dynamic videos enhanced with slow motion, music, transitions, special effects and personalized event graphics. Perfect for weddings, birthdays, quinceañeras, graduations, corporate events, conventions, grand openings, holiday parties, school events and private celebrations. WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE • Your selected 2–8 hours of active 360 booth coverage • Professional 360 booth attendant • Unlimited video sessions during coverage • Customized event overlay with names, date, logo or event theme • Slow-motion effects, transitions and music • Fun handheld props • Instant sharing by QR code, text or email when internet service is available • Private online gallery containing the event videos • Safety poles and designated platform area • Standard delivery within the Las Vegas service area • Complete setup and breakdown Setup and breakdown do not reduce active coverage when the venue provides sufficient access. VENUE REQUIREMENTS The client must provide accurate venue information, a safe level operating area, sufficient setup access and a standard electrical outlet within 25 feet. The operating area must allow safe clearance around the platform and rotating arm. Internet sharing depends on available Wi-Fi or cellular service. Outdoor setups require advance approval and suitable weather protection. Parking, resort, casino, convention-center, loading-dock, union, vendor-access and other venue charges are separate. PAYMENT & BOOKING A $150 retainer is required to reserve the event date, with the option to pay in full. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Requests may be submitted for any available date, including the same day. All requests require approval, and bookings approved within 7 days require full payment before confirmation. Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
